To reserve the lodge hall for your event, please note the following guidelines regarding deposits and payments:

  • Deposit Requirements: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. For events lasting 4 hours or more, a deposit of $150 is required. For events up to 4 hours, the deposit amount is $100. These deposits ensure that your requested time slot is reserved exclusively for your event. There is also a refundable cleaning deposit of $100 required.

  • Payment Policy: The remaining balance for the lodge hall rental must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the start of your event. Failure to pay the balance within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Please be aware that all deposits outside of the cleaning deposit are non-refundable, regardless of any changes or cancellations. We recommend confirming your event details before submitting your deposit to avoid any inconvenience.
