All activities must comply with city and state ordinances and policies and must be conducted in a peaceful and orderly manner. At no time may the facility be used for the sale of alcohol or any illicit activities deemed inappropriate by Warner Robins Lodge staff.
Maximum capacity for the building is 120 people.
Care must be taken to avoid damage to the building and its contents. Chairs, tables, and other equipment must be handled properly to avoid floor damage and no furniture or equipment may be left outside the building unattended. Ice tubes, drum sets, water coolers and other heavy or hazardous equipment must be placed on pads or elevated above the floor surface.
In the event of damage to the property or grounds, the applicant or organization will be held liable for all damages or labor costs. A minimum of $100 will be charged to the renter for damages.
Warner Robins Lodge will not be responsible for personal or rental items left on the premises. All items brought on to the property shall be removed.
Alcohol may be consumed inside of the facility. At no time shall alcohol be consumed outside of the facility. No person under legal age may consume alcohol on the premises. If alcohol is consumed, the tenant agrees to comply with all city and state laws and is responsible for the actions of all of its guests.
Decorations must be hung with tape. No nails or tacks may be used. Tape may NOT be used on any doors of the building or on the building surface.
Smoking is prohibited inside the building.
No unsupervised children on the premises.
No animals are permitted inside of the building. If you have an animal on the facility grounds, you are responsible for any and all damages caused by them. Additionally, you are responsible for cleaning up any waste left by them.
Barbecuing is permitted on the outdoor patio; however, the patio must be protected from grease and spills. If the Lodge grills are used, the renter agrees to clean the grill(s) and remove all excess debris.
Amplified music may be played, but the renter is liable for all noise complaints and must resolve any issues with surrounding residents. Failure to resolve matters will result in immediate termination of the rental contract with no refund.
All trash must be bagged, tied and placed in the trash bins located in back of the building. Cardboard boxes must be broken down and laid flat in the large garbage bins. Special events serving crap (crab feed) must remove all garbage from the premises. Garbage must be in a securely tied bag and placed in the dumpster with the lid shut. A $75 fee will be accessed if this rule is ignored.
Parking shall be in the grass area of the premises. The front of the building should be used for loading and unloading only.
Warner Robins Lodge liability insurance does not provide coverage for renters. You may wish to contact your insurance agent for coverage of your event.
The renter may use the kitchen for cooking and heating food to be served at the event. However, the renter accepts full responsibility for any damage caused by cooking.
The applicant (or representative designated by applicant) must be present at the start and end of the rental to inspect the building with the building attendant. The building and grounds must be restored to the condition it was in before rental.
The applicant agrees to two attendants from Warner Robins Lodge to chaperone the event. The attendants will be responsible for opening and closing the building and monitoring the activities of the events. The applicant is not responsible for feeding or providing drinks to the attendants.
At no time will the second floor of the building be used. No person shall enter the inside or outside staircases.
The rental fee is $500 with a $100 deposit. The deposit reserves rental of the property. No reservations shall be made until the deposit is paid. The remaining balance shall be due on or before the date of rental. Deposits are NOT refundable for any cancellation within 72 hours of the rental date.
